[BACKPORT] Ryzen CPU code for Trusty and Xenial

The Ryzen processors launch this week and version 4.10 of the kernel has support out of the box for it. Since current versions of Ubuntu (besides Zesty) include kernels under 4.10, please consider backporting Ryzen code to Trusty, Xenial, and Yakkety. Same goes for Realtek ALC299 and ALC1220 support which can be pulled from the 4.11 code branch. These audio codecs are used on many Ryzen motherboards.
