LP:1734147 Added To Kernel Team Hot List

Hello,

I've added the following bug to the hot list:

    LP:1734147 - Ubuntu 17.10 corrupting BIOS - many LENOVO laptops models

Some comments indicate that this may not be a kernel bug.  However, I
added it to the hot list due to the severity and number of people it
affects.  If anyone has some free cycles, it would be great if this bug
could be reviewed.
