[Zesty SRU] [PATCH 0/2] Add qcom_emac to d-i's initrd.

I am submitting a patch (1/2) to revert msm_emac from d-i's initrd
modules list and a patch (2/2) to add qcom_emac module instead.

The qcom_emac driver only applies to Qualcomm centriq 2400 servers, so
I have added the driver under ARM64 specific nic-modules.

You will find a lot of information on testing and debugging on the bug
http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1677297 the qcom_emac driver works fine
with generic phy driver, although enabling this driver did expose a
potential bug in at803x driver (if it is used.). This is still under
investigation as a seperate issue.

Please consider this SRU request to drop/revert msm_emac from d-i's
initrd nic-modules list and add qcom_emac instead.
