Skylake E3 Support was added to ie31200_edac by commit 
953dee9bbd245f5515173126b9cc8b1a2c340797

The bug reporter requested this commit be backported to Xenial.

Commit 953dee9bbd2 is in mainline as of 4.7-rc1.  It was a clean cherr-pick
into Xenial.
