[Xenial][Pull] Update new Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 firmware

Firmware for this card isn't in the current linux-firmware package.
Latest upstream firmware is also tested but doesn't work either.

Qualcomm has upstreamed a new firmware to support this module. It has
been tested and solve the issue.
