[Precise][CVE-2016-5195][PATCH 0/2] Update fix to upstream patch

Release 3.2.83 of upstream stable tree 3.2 includes a fix for this security
issue which is different from the one used in Precise.  I'm proposing to revert
the patch we have in Precise and applying the upstream one.
