Bug 1433906

Hi,

I know you guys are really busy with day to day task. I just want to bring
the bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-lts-utopic/+bug/1433906
into you guys attention because it is affecting me and lot of other people
who don't know how to patch the kernel. The patch is already in the above
bug and it just needs to apply into the kernel.

if you guys can review and add it into your priority list then it would be
helpful for the end users. The bug is around there for more than 1 year and
looks like nobody is interested in it.

I'm using one of the affected laptop and never get a chance to use my
webcam. So, please have a look and do your best.
