[PATCH][SRU Xenial] Dell Trackpoint not working after suspend

Impact:
Trackpoint and DualPoint stick can work after suspend.

Fix:
The stick device does not work after resume, add U1_SP_ABS_MODE flag can
make the device work after resume.

Tested:
The patch is tested on new Dell Precision 7500 series machine, and it works.
