[[Xenial][SRU] 0/4] lps22hb pressure sensor support

This work is based on ver. Ubuntu-4.4.0-49.70 in Xenial kernel. The patches
are backported and add support for lps22hb pressure sensor. This sensor is
present on Dell IoT gateways.
