== Xenial and SRU Justification ==

For the new Lenovo T460s, the kernel always reports both a press and a release
event for the physical Trackpoint mouse buttons (above the touchpad), even if
the button is pressed and held down. A tap-and-hold on the touchpad works as expected.

This prevents, for example, drag and drop to work unless you use the touchpad to
hold the click. This bug seems to affect multiple users.

This patch was submitted upstream, but it has not landed in mainline as of yet. That
is why I'm submitting it as SAUCE. See upstream bug:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=114321

This patch applys cleanly to all releases requested.

    Input: synaptics - handle spurious release of trackstick buttons, again

== Test Case ==
A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
