== Trusty SRU Justification ==
The requested SAUCE patch has been submitted upstream in response to an 
investigation of customer issues with network connections hanging under high load.
This patch requires commit a5cca686c as a prereq for Trusty.  That commit is a 
clean cherry-pick.  This SAUCE patch will also be requeste in lts-vivid, Wily
and Xenial, but each requires a minor variation of the patch.

Commit a5cca686c is in mainline as of v4.30rc1, so Xenial already has it.  Commit 
a5cca686 was applied to Wily via bug 1519917 when a 4.3 rebase was done.
