Thanks for the heads-up Guilherme. 

For this 4.2-ckt stable series, we can't take the fix-up patch until it
appears in a Linus -rc, so instead I'm inclined to defer the problem
patch until then (feel free to remind me at that time).

Dropped from 4.2-ckt stable for now:
