[4.2.y-ckt stable] Patch "dma-debug: avoid spinlock recursion when disabling dma-debug" has been added to the 4.2.y-ckt tree

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    dma-debug: avoid spinlock recursion when disabling dma-debug

to the linux-4.2.y-queue branch of the 4.2.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 4.2.8-ckt12.

With netconsole (at least) the pr_err("...  disablingn") call can
recurse back into the dma-debug code, where it'll try to grab
free_entries_lock again.  Avoid the problem by doing the printk after
dropping the lock.
