[4.2.y-ckt stable] Patch "mmc: sdhci-pci: Remove MMC_CAP_BUS_WIDTH_TEST for Intel controllers" has been added to the 4.2.y-ckt tree

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    mmc: sdhci-pci: Remove MMC_CAP_BUS_WIDTH_TEST for Intel controllers

to the linux-4.2.y-queue branch of the 4.2.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

    https://git.launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel/linux/+git/linux-stable-ckt/log/?h=linux-4.2.y-queue

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 4.2.8-ckt12.

Subject: mmc: sdhci-pci: Remove MMC_CAP_BUS_WIDTH_TEST for Intel controllers

commit 822969369482166050c5b2f7013501505e025c39 upstream.

The CMD19/CMD14 bus width test has been found to be unreliable in
some cases.  It is not essential, so simply remove it.
