ACK for all of these.

This is cool:  Tim, you forgot to insert the BugLink: line on exactly
one of these patches (the revert in the precise changeset).  I only
noticed that it was missing because when testing this very patchset,
printchanges grouped that patch in a "Misc upstream changes" block by
itself instead of with the rest of the bug set!
