Subject: IB/mlx5: Expose correct maximum number of CQE capacity
commit 9f17768611ebf81dfac69948dd12622b6f2e45fc upstream.
Maximum number of EQE capacity per CQ was mistakenly exposed
as CQE. Fix that.
