Cgroup namespaces in xenial

Hi,

cgroup namespaces are a feature we'd really like to have available in the
xenial kernel.  They are now in linux-next, merged through tj's tree
at https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/tj/cgroup.git/log/?h=for-next

The original patch-set comes
from https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/sergeh/linux-security.git/log/?h=2016-02-03/cgns

This is one of the pieces which allows docker to run inside lxd containers.
