[3.13.y-ckt stable] Patch "ALSA: seq: Fix incorrect sanity check at snd_seq_oss_synth_cleanup()" has been added to the 3.13.y-ckt tree

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    ALSA: seq: Fix incorrect sanity check at snd_seq_oss_synth_cleanup()

to the linux-3.13.y-queue branch of the 3.13.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

    http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git/ubuntu/linux.git/log/?h=linux-3.13.y-queue

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.13.11-ckt35.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to this tree, please

Subject: ALSA: seq: Fix incorrect sanity check at snd_seq_oss_synth_cleanup()

ALSA sequencer OSS emulation code has a sanity check for currently
opened devices, but there is a thinko there, eventually it spews
warnings and skips the operation wrongly like:
  WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 7573 at sound/core/seq/oss/seq_oss_synth.c:311

Fix this off-by-one error.
