[PATCH][Xenial] add MIC mute key on HP slim USB keyboard

Impact:
The MIC mute function key doesn't work, no keyevent, nor acpi event was
emitted while pressing the key.

Fix:
Add the key to the keymap, so it works.

Tested:
The patch is tested on HP Business Slim Keyboard[03f0:2f4a], the keyevent
is emitted as expected.
