[PATCH][SRU][xenial] pinctrl/amd: fix i2c touchpad on AMD platforms

Impact:
  Touchpad will stop working after a short period of time.  A lot of errors
  are also generated in dmesg

Fix:
  Remove the debounce time by driver and use the seetings from BIOS.  

Tested:
  The patch is tested on Dell Inspiron 5565 and Inspiron 14-3465

  Another fix in i2c-hid.c to change interrupt type is required to fix touchpad
  but this is a prerequisite
