[PATCH][xenial] x86/reboot: Fix Dell Optiplex 7450 fails to reboot

Impact:
  OptiPlex 7450 AIO hangs during reboot because its reboot method is set to 
  BOOT_BIOS incorrectly

Fix:
  This patch sets boot method to BOOT_ACPI

  The patches are included in upstream and are cherry-picked from Linus's repo.
