== SRU Justification ==
Commit cdb898c52d introduced a regression by accessing a Null pointer when checking
older 4G adapters.  The panic happened if the do not have MSIX support.    This is
causing a boot failure for any machies using the older adaptors.  
This patch adds a check for rsp->msix.

This patch has not been sent to mainline as of yet, but when it is, the Author says
he will also cc it to stable.  Becuase the patch has not been sent to mainline yet
the subject and commit messages may change.

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
