During boot snappy tries to mount /dev/mmcblk0p1 (the vfat boot partition), and
if we don't have this module built-in, systemd drops us into an emergency
shell.

Adding the kernel module to initrd won't work here, since we are trying to
share the same initrd with many different images, thus we can't carry any
specific kernel module.
