== Wily Justification ==
After upgrading to Wily, scrolling with the middle mouse button will stop functioning 
for External ThinkPad USB keyboards.

The three commits to resolve this bug have been upstream since v4.3-rc1.  All three
commits cherry pick cleanly.

A test kernel was built with these patches and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
