== SRU Justification ==

This patch is still under discussion upstream:
https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/10/2/550

However, this bug is a regression and preventing 32 bit guests
from booting on Hyper-V, so it probably worth discussing possible inclusion in
the Ubuntu kernel before it lands in mainline.

This patch fixes this bug in Vivid and Wily. Trusty also exhibits this bug, but requires
some prereqs, so the Trusty SRU request will be seperate.

    UBUNTU: SAUCE: storvsc: use small sg_tablesize on x86

== Test Case ==

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter and myself.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug for Vivid and Wily.
