This utterly failed to build because of an upstream dependancy loop, as
there is a simple upstream fix in the works I have sumitted a dirty fix
build:

    http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.4-rc1+cod1-wily/

This will pop out in due course.
