BugLink: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1452628

The NIC used in the beaglebone doesn't have a fixed MAC address set, instead you
can pass one using the bootloader, or the driver will generate a random one.

This series adds support to read the MACIDs of the am335x chip and use them as
fallback. These addresses are only used if there are no mac addresses in the
devicetree, for example set by a bootloader.

All the patches are already present in Vivid, and are clean cherry-picks (except
for some mechanical change to make them apply).

Compared to the Trusty series, this one has one more patch (0004) that didn't apply
there and all the patches are clean cherry-pick (no modification to make them
apply were needed).

Proposing for Utopic.
