[Trusty][PATCH 0/2] fix mei_me init failure (regression)

Fix a fatal init failure regression in the mei_me driver which was
introduced in 3.13.0-51 by a bad backport from 3.13-stable and an
earlier missed 3.13-stable commit.  (Hence, this is only a problem
in Trusty).

This fix applies the missed stable commit and corrects the bad backport.
It has been tested by the bug reporter.
