[3.16.y-ckt stable] Patch "iio:adc:mcp3422 Fix incorrect scales table" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    iio:adc:mcp3422 Fix incorrect scales table

to the linux-3.16.y-queue branch of the 3.16.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

 http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/linux.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/linux-3.16.y-queue

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.16.7-ckt9.

Subject: iio:adc:mcp3422 Fix incorrect scales table

commit 9e128ced3851d2802b6db870f6b2e93f449ce013 upstream.

This patch fixes uncorrect order of mcp3422_scales table, the values
was erroneously transposed.
It removes also an unused array and a wrong comment.
