[3.16.y-ckt stable] Patch "Input: elantech - fix detection of touchpads where the revision matches a known rate" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled
Input: elantech - fix detection of touchpads where the revision matches a known rate
to the linux-3.16.y-queue branch of the 3.16.y-ckt extended stable tree
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.16.7-ckt14.

Make the check to skip the rate check more lax, so that it applies
to all hw_version 4 models.
This fixes the touchpad not being detected properly on Asus PU551LA
laptops.
