ACK/cmnt: [Trusty/Utopic/Vivid][SRU][PATCH] LP#1475204 -- Fix kmalloc slab creation sequence

Should have been more careful with the initial patch. :/ So basically this
brings the whole thing to a state which defines a textual name of the cache slot
statically so its available when calling create_kmalloc_cache.
Which looks like it would no longer need the sizes part of the info array, but
ok, we probably can live with that as it is upstream.
