[3.19.y-ckt stable] Patch "packet: avoid out of bounds read in round robin fanout" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    packet: avoid out of bounds read in round robin fanout

to the linux-3.19.y-queue branch of the 3.19.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.19.8-ckt4.

PACKET_FANOUT_LB computes f->rr_cur such that it is modulo
f->num_members. It returns the old value unconditionally, but
f->num_members may have changed since the last store. Ensure
that the return value is always < num.

When modifying the logic, simplify it further by replacing the loop
with an unconditional atomic increment.
