With the latest intel_pstate in recent 4.x kernels this is less of an
issue, so lets drop this one in Wily.

enqueing new timers

I've sent this one upstream on two occasions and got no traction with
it. I will try once more. Meanwhile, can we keep it as w/o it
suspend-resume RTC wakeups can break.
