[SRU][Utopic][PATCH 0/1] UBUNTU: [Config] Disable CONFIG_USB_OTG

BugLink: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1411295

== Utopic SRU Justification ==
The Utopic kernel has CONFIG_USB_OTG enabled. This forces the kernel to enter host negotiation protocol when an OTG device is attached. This is generally not supported on the other end, and ends up rejecting the device. The CONFIG_USB_OTG option is disabled in Trusty and has also been disabled for Vivid.

    UBUNTU: [Config] Disable CONFIG_USB_OTG

== Test Case ==
A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter. The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
