[3.16.y-ckt stable] Patch "tcm_loop: Fixup tag handling" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    tcm_loop: Fixup tag handling

to the linux-3.16.y-queue branch of the 3.16.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.16.7-ckt5.

Subject: tcm_loop: Fixup tag handling

commit 6375f8908255ea7438b60bb5998e6b3e1628500d upstream.

The SCSI command tag is set to the tag assigned from the block
layer, not the SCSI-II tag message. So we need to convert
it into the correct SCSI-II tag message based on the
device flags, not the tag value itself.
