== Trusty/Utopic SRU Justification ==
This patch adds a quirk to disable dpm on certain problematic boards rather than disabling dpm for the entire chip family.  

Without this patch, certain boards will not load X due to upstream commit c031389a.  Commit c031389a is in Trusty as of Ubuntu-3.13.0-37.64(Commit fa76d1f), Utopic as of Ubuntu-3.16.0-21.28(Commit b47f210) but has not been applied to 3.2.  

This patch is not in mainline as of yet.  However, the patch author will send it to mainline and cc stable.  Sending SRU request to fix bug until fix lands from upstream.

== Test Case ==
A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.  The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
