[Vivid][PATCH 0/1] Config: Enable CONFIG_N_GSM as module.

This option is currently marked as experimental.  Bug 140460 was opened as a request to have this option enabled.  This patch sets the option as a module.  The option applies to GSM modems, so should be rare in non-phones.
