[3.16.y-ckt stable] Patch "ALSA: usb-audio: Don't resubmit pending URBs at MIDI error recovery" has been added to staging queue

    ALSA: usb-audio: Don't resubmit pending URBs at MIDI error recovery

to the linux-3.16.y-queue branch of the 3.16.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.16.7-ckt4.

In snd_usbmidi_error_timer(), the driver tries to resubmit MIDI input
URBs to reactivate the MIDI stream, but this causes the error when
some of URBs are still pending like:

For avoiding these errors, check the pending URBs and skip
resubmitting such ones.
