[SRU Utopic] LP#1407755: include full version information in kernel build info

We applied some fixes from Dann Frazier to allow abi shadowing in PPAs,
however this also inadvertantly cleaned up the uploadnum to be just the
upload number itself, whereas it is intended to be "the reset of the
version number".  This number is only used for identification in the
kernel build number as reported by uname -v, and there it is appropriate
for the version to be identified in full.  Following this email a patch
for utopic/master-next.

Proposing for SRU to utopic.

NOTE: this only actually is visible in builds with augmented version,
such as those in the lts-utopic in trusty.  Fixes a lack of complete
version noted there by Brad Figg in testing.
