== Trusty SRU Justification ==
Halo PCI IDs are marked as ULT, which is causing a trace in syslog/dmesg.  Also BDW with PCH not been propperly identified.  These two commits were sent to upstream stable, so Utopic and Vivid will get the fixes via the normal stable update process.  However, in Trusty the i915 driver was split into two(i915 and i915_bdw) see Trusty commit 6f8aff74b.  These upstream commits were backported and modified to make the appropiate changes in ubuntu/i915.

A Trusty test kernel was built with these patchs and tested.  The test kernel resolved the bug.
