Subject: asus-nb-wmi: Add wapf4 quirk for the U32U

commit 831a444ea6f8f25fd1a9cc9d7651bc18b5a1f755 upstream.

As reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1173681
the U32U needs wapf=4 too.
