[PATCH 0/1] LP#1489487 -- linux-meta: is uninstallable in trusty-proposed

It turns out we have some badly linked meta packages in trusty.
Specifically the *-hwe-* auto upgrade variants exist in some flavours
which do not exist on all architectures. After some discussion it was
decided the -virtual variants should point to -generic where there is no
-virtual binaries.
Also there are are no powerpc binaries for -utopic so it makes no sense
to have *-hwe-* variants on that arch.
Proposing for SRU to trusty. We may want to upload just this change
directly into trusty-proposed to allow the packages to become installable.
