A couple of things about the license. First, I think you probably want
LICENSE.radeon to cover these files instead of LICENCE.radeon_rlc. The
latter isn't upstream at all and isn't referenced at all by WHENCE or
WHENCE.ubuntu, so I suspect it was accidentally left in the tree at some
point and should be removed (I'll look into this). After your update
these files are identical anyway.

Second, you should add an entry to WHENCE.ubuntu to indicate that
LICENSE.radeon contains redistribution of those files. See the other
entries there for examples of how to format this.

Otherwise, everything looks good.
