[PATCH 0/2] [U/master-next] [Config] armhf: restore exynos5 support

Those two patches return exynos5 hw to an usable state:
patch 1 enable the samsung serial console
patch 2 built-in usb&phy since if it's let as a module, and loaded later in the boot process,
it won't correctly initialize (and thus we loose the network)
