This commit c3caf119 isn't applicable to 3.13-stable, because
3.13-stable doesn't contain the feature added by "bf5a755 net-gre-gro:
Add GRE support to the GRO stack".

Ubuntu trusty does contain that though, so trusty does need c3caf119.
Arges will SRU it.
