I'd say that linux-crashdump is a semantic link to the current
implementation via kexec-tools and as such makes quite a lot of sense.
It also allows us a place to tie any extra dependancies we might need
which are not strictly part of kexec-tools, as you may be installing
that to get kexec functionality _not_ to enable crash dumping.
