[3.16.y-ckt stable] Patch "USB: quirks: enable device-qualifier quirk for another Elan touchscreen" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled
USB: quirks: enable device-qualifier quirk for another Elan touchscreen
to the linux-3.16.y-queue branch of the 3.16.y-ckt extended stable tree
which can be found at:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/linux.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/linux-3.16.y-queue
This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.16.7-ckt2.

Subject: USB: quirks: enable device-qualifier quirk for another Elan
touchscreen
commit 876af5d454548be40327ba9efea4bc92a8575019 upstream.
Currently this quirk is enabled for the model with the device id 0x0089, it
is needed for the 0x009b model, which is found on the Fujitsu Lifebook u904
as well.
