About the patchest, actually 2/5 ~ 5/5 are not needed right now, because
our check in Trusty is below, which disabled the
WIPHY_FLAG_SUPPORTS_SCHED_SCAN directly:

However I think it's good to pick them via this bug, in case that we
bump firmware to version 10 in future and forget to enable that feature.

Last thing, I built the new linux and linux-firmware debs[1], Seth and
other guys could help testing if you would like to, thanks.
