[3.13.y.z extended stable] Patch "drm/radeon: dpm fixes for asrock systems" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    drm/radeon: dpm fixes for asrock systems

to the linux-3.13.y-queue branch of the 3.13.y.z extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

 http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/linux.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/linux-3.13.y-queue

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.13.11.11.

Subject: drm/radeon: dpm fixes for asrock systems

commit 72b3f9183ed57e4a2f0601a1c25ae2fd39855952 upstream.

- bapm seems to cause CPU stuck messages so disable it.
- nb dpm seems to prevent GPU dpm from getting enabled, so
disable it.
