Cherry-pick upstream patch to add support for ThinkPad OneLink GigaLAN in AX88179 Driver

Dear Kernel Team,

could you have a look at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1291890 regarding the addition of the ThinkPad OneLink GigaLAN USB ID to the AX88179 driver ? 
This involves a (very small) patch that was added recently to the upstream Linux kernel and enables the use of the Gigabit ethernet adapter contained in the Thinkpad OneLink Dock.
This would be extremely useful to many users of recent ThinkPad laptops that are compatible with this dock.
